Welcome to our beautiful new holiday home, which is situated on the award winning Dona Pepa 2 urbanisation, Ciudad Quesada, a 30-minute drive from Alicante or Murcia Airports. Our home is a 3bed/2bath townhouse with back and front paved gardens overlooking the beautiful communual pool, which is set in lovely gardens and has a toddler pool and showers. It is furnished to a high standard with all the comforts of home with the addition of hot and cold air con (essential in Spain). There are sun-loungers, tables and chairs in both gardens and also on both balconies from the 2 upstairs bedrooms
There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Quesada town is a 20-minute walk and there you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and banks. Quesada also has its own Aqua park, Bowling Green (you can hire bowls, shoes etc) and golf course – La Marquesa. There are 12 golf courses within 30 minutes drive - La Finca where the Spanish open is to be held is a 15 min drive
The closest beach is just 7 km away at Guardamar. There are 7 EU blue flag beaches in the surrounding area. Benidorm is a 50 min drive away and a visit to the Terra Mittica theme park is recommended. There are daily markets and the nearest is the Campo de Guardamar which is by far the best we’ve seen.
