Our villa is located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club off US 27 highway towards Haines City. The community is gated with manned security. Amenities on the doorstep include a 24 hour Wal-mart supermarket, other shops, bank, restaurants, fast food, etc...

Immaculate 4 bed 2 bath villa with pool, which can be heated. The villa is very well equipped with all the comforts, and equipment, that would be expected in a modern home.

The Great Room (lounge/dining) is furnished to a high standard and has patio doors leading out to the pool area. There is a remote control Cable TV, DVD, and Hi-fi system in the lounge area. Also provided are family games and a selection of books. Internet access is also available.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite master bath, shower and large walk-in closet, patio doors to pool area, TV, etc. There is also a door from the bathroom to the pool area.

There is a further double room with a queen size bed and another two rooms with twin single beds, one of which has a TV. All rooms have large closets and share a family bathroom complete with shower.

There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room, which can sleep two additional people.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (with ice maker), microwave oven. The house also has an iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer, suitable for those who prefer to travel light.

There is a private screened pool overlooking the 2nd fairway. The pool has a pool heater which is available for use at an optional extra cost. The patio area is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers.

A full compliment of linen and towels is provided for use within the house.

There is a Walmart and a Winn Dixie supermarket within 10 minutes walk from the house. Around the entrance to the estate, there is a bank, local restaurants and fast food outlets, offering a wide variety at reasonable prices.

Disney is approximately 20 minutes away, Sea World 25 minutes, Universal Studios 35 minutes and the beach is around 60 minutes away.
