A luxurious townhouse villa on the exclusive South Finger of the Jolly Harbour Marina with private mooring and new deck and finger pier.Within 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, exclusive use of sunbeds, ideal for children of all ages and a large choice of water sports.
Recently renovated to a very high standard with air conditioning in all rooms, the villa has furnishings of a very high standard. 2 Large Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the main bedroom has a king size double bed with balcony overlooking the marina. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a foldout bed. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor. We have a growing library of books, DVD's and games.

There is a safe, and we have left a local mobile phone for the use of our guests.

The villa is cleaned once a week, and we have left abundant towels and linen in the villa.

We have 4 loungers, 6 chairs and a table outside. We also provide a fishing rod and barbeque.
