Welcome to Capernwray Lodge. This luxury non smoking centrally heated double glazed 6 bed lodge is situated on the prestigious South Lakeland Leisure Park at the gateway to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. Leisure Centre available on site.

The lodge consists of 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and loo, 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living/kitchen/dining area and veranda.

The lounge area contains a remote control entertainment system with plasma screen TV/DVD/radio and surround sound system. The plasma screen is built into the wall above the contemporary pebble fire place and the speakers for the sound system are built into the ceiling. There are 2 settees.

The dining area seats 6 with ease and leads onto the spacious veranda complete with table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils.

The bathroom has a stylish corner bath and heated towel rail.

On site the Leisure Centre (extra charges apply) includes a swimming pool, steam room, gymnasium, fitness studio and beauty therapy rooms. There are 2 bar/restaurants - the Waters Edge bar and restaurant serves excellent food and can be recommended. The new Cafe Lago Tapas bar overlooks the pool and leads onto the outside terrace which overlooks the on site lake and small beach area. You can enjoy windsurfing sailing or kayaking on the lake using your own craft - non motorised activities only.

You are on the doorstep of both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales and only a few miles away from Silverdale and Arnside which has been designated an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. Within the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales the opportunities for walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golf, climbing and bird watching are limitless.
