The villa is in a prime location in the desirable area of Playa Flamenca. Situated in a peaceful location yet only a short 4 min walk to a lively centre with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. A 10 min stroll brings you to one of the 8 beaches in the area. All the beaches are within easy walking distance. There are 5 top golf courses within a short drive. The world famous La Manga is also 45k south.

Playa Flamenca is just 3km south of the much liked coastal resort of Torrevieja with its lovely promenade, Aqua Park, cinemas, bowling, and endless shopping etc. The largest European street market is held here on Fridays. Playa Flamenca also has it own market on Saturday and is a must. The salt lakes (one blue one pink) at Torrevieja are also wildlife sanctuaries famous for bird life including an abundace of flamingos. You can walk or cylcle on purpose made paths to view the wild life.

If you wish to sightsee there are many towns to visit on the coast and inland, including the famous Mar de Mer (inland sea)which has good beaches. You can also watch or join in with a free 'healing' mud bath! A short car ride will take you into the cooler moutain region near Murcia. Enjoy the villages and tour one of the National parks on the mountain side.

We will arrange for someone to meet you at the villa to shown you around and answer any questions. We provide a small welcome pack for your use. If you require additional there is a 24h shop and supermarkets just a 4min walk away. Please note that cleaning of the villa after your departure is included in the rental.

We can also arrange your transfers from and too the Airport (nearest Airports are Mucia 20 mins, Alicanti 40 mins mins) This is not included in your rental price. Transferes are offered at 'special negotiated discounted rates'. The drivers are known to us and English. If you prefer to hire a car then directions will be given.
