Villa for rent in El Valle, Mar Menor, Murcia Stunning, Unique 3 Bed Villa, with private pool, on the 5* El Valle Polaris World Resort  External |  Living Area |  Master Bedroom |  Pool | Villa Corgat is a bright and contemporary 3 bedroom villa which can sleep up to 8 people, with a number of large terrace’s as well as a private garden and heated swimming pool, it has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, as the entire villa is on one level, with both private and off street parking. The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
The Polaris World Resorts are built to a very high standard, not often seen in Spain. The villa is set amongst landscaped gardens with shrubs and trees with large areas of grass, with fantastic views of the Mountains of El Valle (from the rear), yet only a 20 minute drive from the beeches of San Javier and Los Alcarzares.
The three bedroom villa has a large lounge and separate kitchen with a utility room, with all Bosch appliances and two bathrooms. It is equipped for the 'al fresco lifestyle' with built in BBQ, which is under a roofed terrace attached to the kitchen. The Villa comes equipped with all sun loungers and tables etc.
Bedrooms - The three bedrooms are furnished with the main bedroom having ensuite facilities and a king size bed, and Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a central heating radiator for the winter months.
In addition to the bedrooms come with pull out spare beds and baby cot and highchair (please note NO linen is provided with the cot).
Lounge/Dining room - This is furnished for up to 8 people, with settee, chairs and cushions. There is a plasma TV and DVD, MP3 player as well as ipod and CD, radio, plus a playstation, with some games and DVD movies and CDs supplied for use.
There are also two adult bikes available for your use.
For Children
Over 40 films, ranging from Disney classics up to brand new releases such as James Bond "Casino Royale" Pirates of the Caribbean, etc, etc,
There are over 20 play station games all aimed at the 5-16 age group.
Over 40 board games inc Monopoly, scrabble, trivial pursuit, decks of cards and a full poker set.
All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
1 x set of Golf clubs is available free of charge
A travel cot and highchair are available (free of charge).
Pool heating is £100 extra per week.
The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.

Beautifully maintained spacious villa with fantastic mountain views. Our party travelled in 2 separate groups and the layout of the villa suited perfectly. The resort is quiet at the moment, which suited us as our children were happy to play in the pool in the evenings, but you definitely need a car. The little supermarket is very well stocked and the whole area is spotlessly clean and very well looked after.
A very professional service from Linda with that all important 'personal' touch. We hope to avail of her services again.

July 2007 Dear Linda Just a short note to say what a wonderful time we had at the villa, it truely is beautiful. The villa had everything we could have asked for. My eldest son adored the pool, whilst my youngest stayed mainly in doors on the play station, thank goodness for play stations!!! The surroundings are spectacular. We love the way the golf course has been built into the rock which made a fantastic walk, very picturesque. We had a walk around the show house and are considering buying one for ourselves.
