All sorts of outdoor activities are possible including golf, water sports, scuba diving, horseback riding, cycling, walking & skiing. The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the great outdoors.

Within a 3 minute walk of the villa is a large community pool, children’s pool, play ground, tennis court, table tennis, football pitch and basketball hoop. Our guests have unlimited, free use of these facilities. This is a great way to keep your children entertained, especially in summer and over bank holidays, when there are other children there.

For those who want some pampering, we can arrange for a massage therapist to come to the villa and there is a day spa 10 minutes away.

Las Cupulas is a contemporary, 4 bedroom villa that was completed & first let in June 2005. It is characterised by its 2 beautiful cupolas that are covered in sky blue mosaic tile. The villa is unique in every sense of the word. It is a bit Moroccan in feel because of the cupolas yet the touches of mosaic tile remind others of the famous Spanish architect, Antoni Gaudi. The windows have a decorative free form moulding that incorporates the blue mosaic tile. This contrasts beautifully with the crisp white walls of the exterior of the villa and the cobalt blue skies of Andalucia. Overall the exterior of the villa gives the impression of sky and sea. We have used a wave form on the border walls and at the roof level to represent the sea. It is hard to do this justice in words. The villa must be seen to be truly appreciated. The villa has been featured in a US travel magazine and will soon be included in an upcoming edition of a leading architecture and design magazine.

All this beauty on the outside can be appreciated even more inside because in the lounge there are 5+ meter high ceilings and the inside of the dome is exposed. High up on the walls of the lounge is a band of transparent glass blocks. This allows one to enjoy the beautiful blue skies from inside the lounge. If you aren΄t totally impressed by the cupola, you will be by the unrivalled and uninterrupted views to the sea and the Moorish castle of Salobrena, which is illuminated at night.
