The Villa is ideal for families or couples looking for plenty of space as you will also have access to the lovely gated communal pool plus a tennis court, both of which are less then 2 minutes walk away (keys provided).

With the living rooms upstairs you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows.

The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, Flat screen TV with DVD player with Satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas.
The dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool.

kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher plus a separate utility room with washing machine,there is also a washroom on this level.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor come with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and "rain water" shower plus a security safe. The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to have either twinn beds or made up to large double beds depending upon your requirements.

Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa. Here again there is a luxury table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower.

A MIDWEEK or MID-TERM linen change is available but at an EXTRA CHARGE(approx£46.00 for 6 persons for less, pro rata).
