Our spacious holiday home is on the secluded residential development of Sabal Harbour, just 5 minutes drive off I-75. Beautifully landscaped and maintained, this private and luxurious community is ideally suited to a relaxing holiday.

The villa is large and airy with 2400 sq ft of fully air conditioned space plus ceiling fans throughout. Fully equipped with all luxury furnishings and fittings which include new wood and tiled floors -- contemporary styled, fitted out with all new furniture, freshly decorated and a 35’ pool & spa installed in October 2005. The surrounding gardens are large, attractive and well kept with a private nature preserve to the rear.

Our well proportioned villa provides ample space for families holidaying together. Outside the large pool deck means there is always room to relax or play, whilst indoors there are two lounges and a games room to provide entertainment for all ages.

Guests can also make use of a large, heated community pool, basketball courts, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts. A children’s play area is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

The villa is ideally positioned for a wide range of activities. For golfers there is an abundance of courses, 6 at championship level within a 20 minute drive. It is only a 15 minutes by car to Anna Maria Island, Gulf Beaches, Sarasota City and Siesta Key. Tampa and Busch Gardens theme park are 40 minutes away.

* Our oversized pool, heated and private, completed in October 2005 measures 35’ x 12’ with a spa that seats 6. Inflatable beds and pool toys are supplied. Facing South, the deck area is very generous and there are sun recliners to make use of the all day sunshine. The covered lanai provides shade. The patio furniture includes a substantial table and chairs for 8 to eat in comfort.
