The main town of Calpe is within a short drive from the villa, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes.
The accommodation comprises of two levels which are linked by an external staircase. Outside the villa is a large swimming pool that is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace complete with patio furnitures, sun loungers, parasol and a BBQ area with a toilet with shower.

A breakages deposit of 350 euros is payable to the owner upon arrival. This is returned at departure subject to a brief inspection.
