25% deposit is required to secure the property. Personal checks, bank checks, Credit Cards and money orders are accepted.
Stays other than Saturday to Saturday may result in an additional charge. If your stay is for less than 7 nights, an additional $130 cleaning fee will be charged.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.

Full balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Refunds:
30-60 day notice provided for cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. There will be no
refunds with less than a 30-day cancellation notice, unless another booking for same time period

Our five-bedroom, 4 bath home (which includes 2 ensuite master bedrooms), is a spacious house with a south facing pool and spa, located just two minutes walking distance from the club house. It is fully air conditioned and has a privacy fence out back for your peace of mind.
The bedroom set-ups consist of one with a king-size bed, three with queen-size beds and one with a twin bed setup, and are configured to allow for comfortable sleeping for ten. The house will accomodate sleeping arrangements for as many as twelve people. Bedrooms are equipped with comb-ination television/DVD players, and the living room has a large screen tv, a DVD/VCR combo, a home stereo system, and a quiet sitting/reading area.
