The Villa has a formal lounge/dining room, kitchen/family room, laundry
area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms one of which is a pool bathroom. The home has quality furniture with additional appliances more than is
usual in a rental home. These comprise 6 TV’s, Playstation 2, VCR’s, DVD with additional sound speakers. There are also games, children’s books, toys, music and films for all the family.
The kitchen is well fitted with quality equipment; the cooker has a ceramic hob. There is a microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer with icemaker, Dishwasher,iron and board.
There are telephones located in the kitchen and master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a 6ft bed and ensuite bathroom in the 2nd master there is a 5ft bed and an ensuite bathroom. The two additional rooms have two single beds in each. The home comfortably sleeps eight so two families can stay making the trip even cheaper.

In the low season this could work as little as £68.75 per head per week with eight people sharing the villa and similarly £93.75 per head in the High Season.
