Townhouse for rent in Gale, Albufeira, Central Algarve Townhouse with large pool and close to the beach  Lounge area opening out to patio |  Double Bedroom with ensuite bathroom |  Twin Bedroom with balcony |  Large Garden and Pool | This delightful 2/3 bedroom townhouse, sleeping 4 adults and 2 children, is located in a peaceful area to the west of Albufeira, close to the beautiful beaches of Castelo, Evaristo, Gale and more.
The house is located on a small condominium consisting of 15 houses, sharing a large pool (18m x 7m) and landscaped gardens.
It has 2 full sized bedrooms on the 1st floor and a smaller room on the ground floor with bunkbeds. The main bedroom has a double bed, ensuite shower room and a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a balcony with sea and mountain views. There is a separate main bathroom on this floor. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children is on the ground floor. There is a another toilet and small shower facility on this level.
The south facing lounge/diner opens out on to a private decked patio leading to the main gardens and pool. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a satellite tv (free to air channels e.g. BBC, ITV, Channel 4) and a dvd. The dining area has a dining table and chairs, comfortably seating 6 people. There is a music system with a CD and radio. A selection of books and board games are supplied. The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday and includes an oven, hob,fridge/freezer,micro-wave,dishwasher and washing machine.
The south facing decked patio is situated close to the pool, making it very easy to keep an eye on your children. Sun beds, patio table and chairs, with umberella, and a charcoal barbeque are provided. The pool is approximately 18m x 7m with a shallow end, clearly marked by decorative stone columns. To the front of the house there is a covered private parking space.
The house is located in a particularly lovely area, with beautiful sandy beaches close by - Castelo being the nearest at about a 10 minute walk. There is a selection of good restaurants and mini-markets again with easy walking distance.
It is a perfect location if you want to have some relative peace and quiet, but close enough to Albufeira to enjoy somthing more lively as and when the mood takes you.
On your day of arrival the house is ready by 3.00 pm. On your day of departure you are asked to leave by 10.30 am. However, whenever possible we try to be flexible according to flight times.
Maid service is once a week. Towels and linen are provided and are changed once a week. Beach towels are supplied. These should be laundered yourself during your stay as required.
On booking a 30%non-refundable deposit is payable. The balance becomes due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
