This is a modern apartment very close to the square at the centre of the Old Town, Albufeira. It is ideally located for those who do not wish to hire a car and who like to be within easy walking distance of everything. The main beach of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach are only a 5 -7 minute walk away. There is a huge selection of restaurants and bars almost on your doorstep.

The "Strip" is about 20-25 minutes on foot or if you don't fancy the walk then you can catch the "Shuttle Road Train" just at the top of the road which runs until the early hours of the morning. Alternatively, Albufeira has a local bus network with bus stops not far from the apartment.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped offering everything you need for a self-catering holiday in the Algarve. Its good sized living and kitchen areas are open plan leading out onto a balcony overlooking the narrow street which goes down to the square - a great place to sit and watch the world go by. There is a sofa bed in the lounge and satellite TV. The double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and again leads out onto a balcony. It has air conditioning, heating and double-glazing throughout.

Maid service is twice weekly. Linen and towels are provided, although guests are are asked to bring their own beach towels. Towels are changed twice a week and linen weekly.

Changeover day is flexible - please enquire.

On your day of arrival, the apartment will be ready from 2.30 pm. On departure, you are asked to vacate by 10.30 am.
