We have two very similar villas for rent, which are on adjoining complexes and are within 20 metres of each other. Both villas are equipped with similar furnishings and the pictures represent the internal layouts and look of both villas. The other villas on the complexes are privately owned and used mainly by owners' families and friends. We have created a very homely feeling enhanced by good quality matching curtains & bedding throughout. All living accessories (incl washer, iron etc) are provided. There is a fully fitted kitchen with ample cupboard space; american fridge freezer; oven/hob/extractor fan. Two large work surfaces.There is one large tastefully designed bathroom which includes toilet, and bath with overhead shower (intergrated washing machine also in place). There is also a downstairs toilet and washroom. Air conditioning units are fitted in the lounge area and bedroom 1.

There is a large private patio area with each villa and there is a sunterrace to each room of the villa. The villas are set in beautiful grounds, which are meticulously maintained by the on-site caretaker. There is a communal and childrens pool in each complex.

The walk into the centre and beaches is by way of quiet road which has a very gentle incline (almost flat).

Altinkum resort is centred around 3 beautiful beaches and harbour. There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and discos. The resort is used by mainly English & Turkish people wishing to enjoy a friendly and relaxed holiday, but with the facilities of a major resort (watersports, nightlife etc).
There are many nearby attractions (such as Turtle Beach & Pamukkale) where trips are laid on by local travel agents at extremely reasonable prices.


The prices quoted include return transfer to the airport and a weekly cleaning service. All bedding and towels will be newly washed for your arrival and the villa clean. The villa and linen is cleaned each week by our local maid service.

The nearest airport is Bodrum, which is approx 90 mins transfer time from Altinkum.

The complex is ideal for couples and familiies wishing to enjoy a quality environment. In order to maintain this we respectfully ask our clients to be mindful of the needs of the other guests and residents staying on the complex.

Prices from £450 per week inc transfers for upto 4 people and one clean after each week of your stay. There is a £20 transfer surcharge for each additional person over 4 people.
