The Home
Found in the prestigious region of Champions Gate and less than two miles from Interstate 4 (the main link to all the theme parks, shops, airports, sports etc..). Set over a single storey making it suitable for families young and old. Only finished in August 2005. Secure gated community with local shops close by.

Bedrooms
There are four fully furnished bedrooms. The Master Suite has a grand Queen sized four poster bed, cable TV, air conditioning, matching furniture and a ceiling fan. The window overlooks the pool area. The ensuite has a large oval bath, a separate shower, twin basins with corian surfaces and a walk in walk out wardrobe.
The second Master has a Kingsize bed and matching furniture and a large wardrobe. It has an ensuite bathroom with basin and WC.
Bedrooms three and four are twin rooms with wardrodes. they share the third bathroom.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Dining
For meals there is a large dining table with six chairs, a four seater table in the nook and four stools at the breakfast bar.

Living Area
A large family room with access and views to the pool. There is a leather corner suite with recliners and a single leather rocker. For entertainment you have cable TV, a DVD player, a Hi Fi and a Playstation 2.

Kitchen
A superbly designed kitchen/breakfast room with all the latest mod cons ( yes the fridge has an ice maker!). All cooking and dining facilities are provided. There is a table with chairs in the nook and a breakfast bar with stools.

Pool Area
We have a fully maintained pool and an upgraded spa. On the decked area is a table and chairs, with ceiling fan, and two sun loungers. There is a safety screen between the pool and deck area to prevent unwanted access by young children. The whole pool area is covered by a mesh frame to keep pests out.
