The Villa can be rented as 2 Options – “Option 1” Rent the Villa with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms (sleeps up to 8 guests) or “Option 2” Rent the Villa plus a 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment located directly below the Villa (both together can accomadate upto 14 guests) . Please note if you only wish to rent the Villa the Apartment will be locked and remain empty during your stay. Full description of the Villa and the 3 bedroom Apartment are shown below. Please note for high season 'July and August the 'Villa with Apartment sleeping upto 14' is offered for rent only. For the rest of the Year you can Rent either the Villa only or the Villa with apartment.


Description of the Villa

Fantastic Front line beach Villa with large private Pool and Spa located 3 meters from the gorgeous LA Zenia Beach. Accessed via electronic gates the Villa is set over two levels and has four first floor bedrooms 3 with Terraces, Two Bathrooms a spacious lounge/ diner with sliding doors opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the Pool, Beach and Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons and has breakfast dining area. Off street Parking for 3 / 4 cars. The pool heated only by the sun can be comfortably used from March to November. Hot /Cold Air conditioning fitted to each bedroom lounge and kitchen. Plasma TV with English satellite system, music system. Plenty of Fab Restaurants, clubs, bars, discos casino in the local area. La Zenia hotel (4****) next door with gym, spa and indoor pool. La Zenia Beach is popular all year round its awarded the blue flag for its cleanliness and facilities, Lots of water sports on offer, jets skis for hire, surf boards sail boats etc.

Description of the Apartment

From the Villa there is an Internal staircase leading down to a 3 Bedroom Lower Ground Floor Apartment. The Apartment consists of a Living area with Sofa Seating, TV + DVD PLayer, Kitchen with Main appliances (Including Dishwasher), plus Dining area for 6, a Shower Room and 3 Bedrooms (2 Doubles and 1 Twin) . The Apartment is furnished and can accomadate upto 6 guests. *** THE APARTMENT CAN ONLY BE RENTED TOGETHER WITH THE VILLA - YOU CANNOT RENT THE APARTMENT ONLY ***.

If you wish to rent the Villa plus the 3 bedroom Apartment below (extra 3 Bedrooms sleeps upto 6 persons). Please add £500.00 per week to the the Above quoted prices. *** The main Villa has Full Air conditioning to all rooms ** Air-conditioning and heating for the Jacuzzi spa is metered. The meter operates with cards. We will supply you with meter cards on arrival and at check out you simply pay for the cards you have used. You are not charged for any cards you do not use. Example of costs. One card costs €20 euros and on average should cover total air con use (unless excessive) for one week. Same for heating Jacuzzi. Please note the Apartment has portable Fans only
