Las Pinas villa is particularly well equipped and service is way above average. The linked villa has private hedged gardens front and back with an entrance to the spacious, superbly landscaped communal lawns. There are mature palm tress and exotic flowering shrubs everywhere. The large adults pool (40 ft) and the shallow pool both get minimal use being so close to the sea.

This villa is clean, bright, very comfortable and well equipped for long visits. All rooms have wide windows opening to pleasant views. There are ceiling fans and blackout blinds in all bedrooms along with optional screening on most windows.

Bed linen, towels and maid service are supplied weekly. If you wish, the owners or their assistant will help you on arrival and are available 24/7. They will advise you on all amenities and present you with a detailed house and environs manual.

The villa is 8 minutes quick walk from the long beach at Playa de Pals or walk a few minutes more to two hidden swimming coves (photo of first one below). Though it is quietly placed, you can walk quickly to Pals golf course, restaurants, pubs and shops, A quick drive takes you to medieval Pals town and on to hill towns, fishing villages and sandy swimming coves backed with pine trees. Or explore family vineyards, farms and medieval villages and towns and the many excellent restaurants. Stepping out from the villa you will easily find walking trails through forests and along cliff paths. Large hotels and high-rise commercialism have not been allowed to intrude here.
