This is a superb 4 bedroomed villa is situated on a small private complex with swimming pool in Belek, 20mins from Antalya airport.

All furnishings and equipment are of a very high standard. Fully airconditioned.

The lounge seats 8 in comfort and is equipped with TV and DVD with a selection of films. CD player and radio, with selection of CD's or bring your own! Books and board games are also available. The patio doors lead from the lounge onto a dining terrace with a BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you may (or may not) need, and includes microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all utensils. Toilet facilities are available on this floor.

The second floor consists of a bathroom, one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.

The third floor has a twin bedroom which leads directly onto the large roof terrace. ( for safety reasons we recommend that unsupervised children do not sleep in this room)

The roof terrace is furnished with patio furniture and has a small kitchen and an outside shower. There are two balconies and a BBQ terrace in the villa also. The villa is within walking distance of the local shops and the long sandy beach where there are brand new beach parks with restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Towels and lined is provided for use in the villa, beach and poolside towels are not provided, please bring your own. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, if you require a midweek clean this can be arranged for a small charge payable locally.
