Despina Villa houses three spacious two-bedroom well-appointed apartments. Two of the apartments are comfortable for 5, sleeping 2 in one bedroom and 3 in the second bedroom, with a generous-size sitting room and open-plan kitchen/dining area. Each has views over the village rooftops to the sea and Agios Theodoros island from their balconies. The third apartment is comfortable for 4 people, sleeping 2 in each bedroom, with an open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen. This apartment has French windows to the ground-floor terraces lined with exotic shady foliage, its own balcony and immediate access to the garden and swimming pool. Each apartment has a well-appointed bathroom with cooling marble-tiled walls and light stone-tiled floors providing a small bath, shower and toilet.


The interior design is of a high standard and several picture windows and French windows give onto private balconies furnished with tropical plants, bamboo seats and table. Here, you can sip your morning coffee watching the village waking up, or relax in the evening with your glass of locally produced wine watching the sunset. Although Despina Villa lies on the edge of Agia Marina village, it stands alone, surrounded only by an olive grove on one side, fields on two sides and a quiet family house and garden on the fourth side.
