The open plan circular sitting room with its open fireplace provides wonderful views. The large dining room opens onto the terrace with its spectacular views to the mountains and the sea.

There is a private kidney shaped floodlit pool with roman steps and an outside hot and cold shower. There is a built in gas BBQ, sink and food preparation area whilst the terraces also have a separate covered area for dining outside. BBQ tools are provided. It is renowned for its superb year round climate, wonderful light and brilliant clear night sky. The panoramic views of the surrounding Mountains, Mediterranean sea and the village of Pego, an island amongst the vast orange groves which stretch for miles. Monte Pego is also famous for its Mountain spring water.

The villa is ideally situated midway between Alicante or Valencia airports which are approximately 1-hour drive away. There are numerous daily scheduled and charter flights to Alicante and Valencia from most UK airports (with some very attractive rates). Car hire can be booked easily and cheaply from the UK.
