The Villa is situated on the beautiful Spanish Costa Blanca in the city of Quesada.

The Villa has two bedrooms, and will comfortably hold a family of four or five people. They are fitted with one double bed and two single beds, and a fold away bed is available for the fifth resident should it be needed, it also has a baby travel cot.
It is comfortably furnished, with a beautifully fitted American style kitchen, with all of the modern facilities which are expected in a property of this standard. There is a microwave oven, a fridge freezer, oven-hob, washing facilities and a comfortable and convenient breakfast bar.

The lounge is fitted with a TV with satellite access and comfortable furnishings, allowing for relaxation after a hard days enjoyment.

It has a private pool, which has a lovely sun terrace surrounding it. Additionally, there is access to a communal pool only 30 metres from the property, which proves very popular with younger members of the family.

Owned by a university lecturer and a senior midwife, rental standard "excellent".

The property is conveniently situated for access via Alicante Airport (40 minutes drive away) or Murcia Airport (30 minutes drive away).
