It adjoins protected conservation area and is set in undulating countryside surrounded by orange groves, oaks and pine trees.
Our villa is one of the new generation of prestige villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding "who gets the Master Bedroom ?" and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.
We have not skimped with quality furnishing and appliances including a large 32" cable TV in Family Room with DVD player and Nintendo GameCube console (you can rent DVD's & Games at the local video store), plus Cable TV’s in all bedrooms. The screened porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat for your children and a perfect secluded setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner and more !!
There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodland (guaranteed to stay that way for at least 100 years by Florida Law).
Luxury Gas fired BBQ by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great to unwind after theme parking all day. NO CHARGE !!
