Emerald Shores Estate occupies 1.75 acres with 228 feet
of water frontage on Chalk Sound National Park,an area
remarkable for its incomparable beauty and splendid views.
Here one looks out over some ten square miles of emerald
and aqua colored water studded with hundreds of small
islands and cays,ready to be explored with your Kayaks.
Consisting of a main house (5 bedrooms)and a Guest house
(four bedrooms)each with their own pool, which are around
300 ft apart and with all the tropical trees around them
keeps them both quite private, and when part of one house
is rented, we keep the other part vacant so renters can
get their total privacy.
Each house has two floors and a kitchenette on each floor
(except for the Main House upper which has a full Kitchen)
Dining areas,Living rooms,Washers & Driers,Satelite TV's
and air conditioners in every bedroom,but seldom needed
due to the cool constant fresh trade winds that flow
through the house's.
Taylor Bay Beach is just up the road, 2min ride or 10 min
walk,which is very secluded,with white sand and aqua water
small waves,great for kids, swimming, snorkling, and so
clear.
The Gardens have over three hundred different types of
trees,bushes and flowers with all colors of the rainbow.
