The villa is convenient for the most important Mediterranean seaside resorts of Moraira, Javea and Calpe. At La Cumbre there is a supermarket, banks, chemist, bar and two restaurants, all within walking distance of the house. Cumbre del Sol has wide roads, extensive lighting, riding school and a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is also a popular location for scuba diving and cave diving for the more adventurous visitors. There are a number of good golf clubs in the Moraira area and walks and horse rides can be taken in the adjoining parc natural reserve of Granadella. A longer walk takes you to the beautiful Granadella Cove.
